David was asking me about something today and I realized I didn't post pictures of an adventure David and I had with my sister. She has been taking my nieces and nephews to the waterfall above my parents house for a few years and David finally heard about it and wanted to get there. So we set off one morning and went for a quick hike. He was so thrilled to see all sorts of "real" dessert life. A lizard crossed our path, we weren't quick enough to grab him, only a picture.

We snapped a few pictures and headed back down as a mom and tot group was coming up after us and we had some errands to run.
We saw some great views of the Salt Lake Valley and were able to even see some cacti.
On one of our errands, David found these glasses. He had to have them because they were like dad. I guess we had been gone awhile and someone was really missing Dad.
