A beautiful sunny day, no rain for in sight but a beautiful rainbow directly over head. How can it happen? We were outside playing this afternoon when our cute little neighbor looked up and gasped. We all stopped what we were doing and gazed upward.
The little girl decided it was either a reflection from all the flooding happening in the state, and maybe people in China could even see it. Or that the sun was shining through the clouds to make a rainbow.
