David has been thinking about his birthday party for weeks. He has gone through many ideas, but finally settled on something with being spies. We came up with a Secret Agent Training Party. The "top secret" invitations were sent backwards and had to be read in the mirror.
After the agents arrived to get their finger prints done and decide on a secret agent name they entered the training center. They went on a scavenger hunt (Investigative Skills Training) to get their field supplies.

After getting in their disguises they headed to "physical agility and weapons training" (an obstacle course). They had to get through a laser wall (yarn), toss bombs at a target (balls in a bucket), practice balance, agility, walk over hot lava on stilts and build a tower out of blocks. It was so fun to watch them all jump up and down. We headed back up stairs to find that the cake had been taken and there was a clue left in its place. The secret agents set off to find the cake. After decoding multiple clues they found the cake and dug in.
We had a fun time and ended with the kids collecting evidence of the stolen pinata...they had a great time picking up candy and that was scattered all over the floor.

What a fabulous party! Looks like David had a great day! And it's good to know that I have 2 special agents in the family to help me if things go missing!
I Love the disguises!!! What a great party! Very clever...and fun!
That is an awesome idea! You are so creative!
Another totally creative party from that wonderful brain of your's. Love it looks so fun.
Ammon says to tell David that that looks like a cool spy party. He looked at the photo of all the kids and said a bit sadly, thats David with all his new friends. I reminded him that David's still his friend even though we are far away. Sad.
