playing bookmobile

We have an old box that has been converted to a puppet theater from when we moved here. Over the years it has been used as a drive up restaurant, a house, and many other things. Most recently it was a bookmobile. David and Allison put a lot of there books in stacks inside the box and would come and ask what book I would like. After getting tickets for cards, checking them out and such, David decided it was story time. They both got in and he started "reading" a book to Allison, telling her about every picture and making up a story about them. I couldn't figure out what book he was using. When I got closer I realized it was a book we had just picked up from the library that morning and hadn't read yet. He was doing a great job and Allison was totally into it. The joys of a box!

I love their imagination! As of right now, we're just having a little party at the park with friends and family for Addy's birthday. I'm excited because my parents will be here so that will be exciting. Other than that nothing too exciting. I don't know what we will do on her exact birthday because the party won't be for another week...I need to think of something small to do for her. Oh, and the stroller it awesome. I don't know if it is "that" particular stroller you were asking about but it definitely could fit in the overhead.

You'd better check that book closely, he's probably actually reading it to Allison!! He's got the greatest imagination....cracks us up! Too cute!

Now you just need to get one of my favorite books "Christina Katrina and the box" to read while in the box. This brings back memories of the washer and dryer boxes and the fridge box that we made into houses, forts as kids!
