last soccer game

We were so excited to have grandpa and grandma join us for David's big event. His Last soccer game of his first season of soccer. He was running around the house so energized and awaiting for his first trophy all day.

When we got to the game he was still very excited and couldn't focus. In fact he couldn't focus through the entire game.

Allison had fun being crazy on the side line.

They had a little talking to at half time. The typical for four year olds. Watch the ball, don't touch each other or play with each other, play the game.

Running down field.

Opps, I missed the ball. Where did it go.

After the game the team met at Dairy Queen for a treat, their pictures and trophies. David had waited all day for this. He wasn't even going to eat his ice cream sandwich until he had his trophy.

The trophy! He sleeps with it right next to him. He told grandpa, "I am going to earn more trophies than my dad, he has three." He is pretty thrilled that it says his name, too.

Allison was just happy to be there and get a cool drink.
Thanks for suffering in the heat grandpa and grandma, at least we had a bit of a laugh.
