Have you ever run into a store and came out to see the front of your car not looking how you left it. It happened the other night. I was in Fred Meyer, maybe 15 minutes and came out to a bashed up hood, a light falling off (later did fall off) and a broken grill, and under the hood a bit bashed and smushed. (No the hub cap fell of a few weeks earlier, it wasn't a part of the hit and run accident). It may not look too bad, but the estimated cost is $2800. So glad we have insurance! It is getting fixed this week and will take five days. The cool thing is we can watch all the work that is done on it as it is being done. The auto body shop has a website where we can watch the work and be in contact if we see any problems.
