We have been getting so excited to go back to school, well some of us. Allison has been hot and cold. Some days it is pure excitement jumping off the walls. Others it is breaking down in tears and scared to death because no one from preschool is in her class. So we didn't know what to expect the first day.
The morning went well.
All dressed and ready to go. Smiles and calmness.
They wanted both mom and dad to take them to school.
Which was a disaster....
We left a very sad girl...
But a happy 2nd grader.
Bridget and I were waiting for the bus to bring Allison home...I was a bit hesitant to see just what emotions would be coming off the bus
Yippee! It was a great day! We love Kindergarten.
David was happy too! It is going to be a great year.

That picture of Allison breaks my heart! I'm glad she liked kindergarten after all. Plus I like her colorful outfit!
I love how Allison is all blinged up and ready to go. Loved that her socks were up at the beginning of the day and coming off the bus they were down around her ankles. But I really love that she came off the bus happy and loving her first day of school! Tell David to stop growing!!! He's getting way to big!!! :) Love you all!
we need to talk about the crying part. Abby is still doing it.
