David was up again for another belt promotion last week in Tae Kwan Doe. He is so focused and loves going. It is amazing to see how much higher he can kick and how much stronger he is getting.
Part of his test was doing push ups.

He was then asked to crouch down with two other kids as an adult student did a flying front kick.
His wife was sitting next to me assuring me he had done it in practice over 5 kids, and David wouldn't be smashed.This is what happens when someone gets a hold of the camera and has been sitting over an hour.
