David was so excited to start the first day of first grade on the first of September. He is so funny he asked if we could find a yellow shirt with blue, white and red stripes for him to wear the first day, so it would match the stripes in his bedroom. (I couldn't find one with a red stripe too, but he said this one would be okay.) He wanted everything yellow. We found a yellow back pack, yellow pencil box, yellow folder...you name it. He still LOVES yellow.
They changed the schools so all the K-2 kids in the town go to one school. So he started another new school. We were able to go take a tour of it before school started and see where he would be. He was happy to finally meet his teacher on the first day of school, we seemed to have missed her the other times we were at the school.I think it was harder on me having him gone for the whole day than it was for him. He is loving it, even if he only has one friend from his kindergarten class in his new class, time to make some new friends.

So cute! Did you know Logan's favorite color is yellow too? Everytime we go shopping for clothes, all the shirts he picks out are yellow. I have to help him choose some other colors too sometimes!Fun!
Fun! I can't believe how fast our kiddos are growing! First grade!! I am kind of enjoying it though! :)
Hope David is enjoying school. His teacher looks nice and I am glad to see he is still loving yellow. Miss you guys!
