David and Allison went to a primary activity the other day. It was a grandparents day. A few grandparents taught the kids simple skills that they could use every day. Like setting a table, making a bed, frosting cookies and their favorite, hammering. This sweet man in our ward had made all these wooden cars and the kids job was to hammer the wheels on. David thought it was the greatest. Allison and David have been playing with them for days. They are so beautifully made. David decided he needed to thank the man he liked his car so much (he has slept with it the last three nights) and made him a thank you note.
