Old Sturbridge Village

We had a great adventure with some friends as we went back in time to see how things were done in the 1800's.  We tried our hand at fishing, cutting wood, learning about blacksmiths, how to make cheese, dye yarn, play baseball, tug of war and paper hot air balloons. What fun was had by all.

They decided it was fun to visit for the day, but wouldn't want to miss their modern conveniences.

It's been a year

What a fun year. This little guy is the sweetest little guy.  He is such a joy.

We went to a little petting zoo.

 He loved it!

 Almost as much as cake!

A four year old!

This little ball of energy woke up to find herself in a new PINK bed. Was she excited? just a bit.

Learning to be Koalas

We were excited to visit a local museum and see they had an exhibit all about Koalas and Kangaroos.
The kids loved learning more about animals that their aunt sees everyday!

They even tried to see how high and long they could sit like a Koala...they weren't so good.

Bridget had fun blowing bubbles too.
